Food Technology
Food Technology(BSFT) is a four-year degree program (ladderized) that focuses on the application of sciences like chemistry, biology, engineering and related fields of study in the conversion of raw materials into safe, stable, palatable, and nutritious food. It also deals with the improvement of food product flavour, appearance, texture and other sensory characteristics, storage qualities, packaging, and the control of quality changes during processing, marketing, and distribution to ensure food and nutrition security, safety and well-being of individuals, families, and communities.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
A. For Incoming freshmen(Graduates of K-12 program):
Must pass the oral interview

B. For transferees:
Must pass the oral interview
